We want you to love your Guava Lane piece. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items purchased directly from guavalane.com.

Because our pieces are made in small batches, we encourage reviewing the size guide before purchasing to ensure the best fit and help us keep production thoughtful and waste minimal.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Original tags must be attached

• Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery

• Item must have been purchased directly from guavalane.com

Items purchased through retailers or other websites must be returned to the original place of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please use the contact form below, or email shopguavalane@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to return.

Once your return is approved, we will send a return label and instructions.

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund total.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please include that in your email and we will do our best to accommodate an exchange based on availability.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for processing.
